On the CRM side, you'll use your IBM Unica and SQL experience, your marketing Insight, and your background in stakeholder management (if you have one) to drive customer loyalty and retention and turn detailed briefs into brilliant plans that deliver innovative, engaging and personalised flagship campaigns to over 12 million people.

Senior CRM Analyst

Your challenge will be to build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and figure out how CRM can help them achieve the results they need. It’s about working closely with the CRM analytics team, while leading your own team of analysts in a fast-moving, margin-driven, performance-focused environment.

Senior CRM Planner

Reporting into the CRM Planning Manager you will be responsible for managing the end to end planning processes across CRM.  Utilising project management skills you will coordinate key stakeholders to ensure CRM campaigns are effectively planned, resourced, prioritised and approved highlighting any potential risks or blockers.

CRM Strategy Executive

We’ll ask you to deliver KPI targets for new customer lifecycle campaigns, and you’ll collaborate with a number of CRM teams to plan, monitor and optimise customer journeys. You’ll also work closely with insight teams, build relationships with marketing teams, and communicate your results across the business.
