We challenge the norm our way
We’re looking for our traders of the future
At Sky Betting and Gaming, we don’t always do things the way you’d expect them to be done. And our traders challenge the norm in more ways than one.
Out 85-strong team takes an industry-leading and highly innovative approach to managing the liability of more than 50 different sports in one of the most exciting and fastest growing sportsbook departments in the UK. Plus loads of special markets like the X-Factor and politics. And with their trading analytics expertise, they make sure that our odds reflect the chances of millions of different possibilities on a daily basis.
But what’s also different is that they’ve joined us from all kinds of backgrounds and with all kinds of experience – not necessarily in trading. They take a flexible approach to working around the sporting calendar, so they’re often in the office at evenings and weekends. And they’ve developed the kind of careers that come with huge futures.
It’s called working our way, and if you’ve got a background in trading (or you’re interested in learning the ropes), you could join us and become one of our traders of the future, too.
It’s all about getting stuck in to a lively, family-feel workplace that’s supportive, respectful, collaborative, and most of all fun. And it’s about getting to grips with a unique culture that nurtures talent, listens to its people, and trusts them to get on with the job.
As working environments go, this definitely isn’t the norm.
Tennis! American Football! Golf! Love Island?! Our Traders offer odds on a wide range of sports and markets covering both traditional sporting events and unconventional fare. We aim to give customers what they want, particularly through our game changing Request-a-Bet product.
