My team supports and advises colleagues from across the business throughout their time with us, and I specifically look after the induction and onboarding process for new starters.”

I’ve always been interested in working with people, so when I was offered the chance to create a new onboarding experience here, I jumped at the chance to collaborate with some great colleagues.”
