“I’m the People Support Supervisor, and the main thing I’m responsible for is attracting and maintaining the best talent so we can continue to be the UK’s best digital business. My team supports and advises colleagues from across the business throughout their time with us, and I specifically look after the induction and onboarding process for new starters.”

“I’ve always thought that being a new starter can be a nerve-wracking experience, and I believe that everyone should have the best possible and most consistent experience when they join a new company. I’ve always been interested in working with people, so when I was offered the chance to create a new onboarding experience here, I jumped at the chance to collaborate with some great colleagues.”

“In fact, my biggest achievement so far has been bringing our onboarding process in-house, and making some much needed improvements to it – and that includes our industry first onboarding app.”
