Privacy Policy

Applications may only be submitted by the individual applying for employment with Sky Betting and Gaming. Third party referrals will not be accepted.

You application and any other information that you provide to us (including any sensitive personal information such as medical conditions or criminal record history) will be used by the Sky Betting and Gaming Group of companies for the purposes of processing your application for employment.

You may apply for specific roles. We may also use your information to review skills and interests against other roles for which you may be suitable.

We may carry out pre-employment vetting, including but not limited to credit reference and criminal record checks, address verification, confirmation of academic qualifications, and requesting employer or other references.

We may also check your details against fraud databases, and if you have submitted fraudulent information in your application we will record this information on those databases. This information will be available to other organisations, including law enforcement agencies.

We may also use your information for reporting purposes when required to do so by law and also in anonymised form for our statistical purposes.

The Sky Betting and Gaming Recruitment team may use the mobile phone number you have provided us to contact you, including via SMS, about the recruitment process.

You may update, correct or modify the information you have submitted to Sky Betting and Gaming on this e-recruitment system by logging back in at any time.

Your application and any other information that you provide to us will be held on systems operated on behalf of Sky Betting and Gaming by Oracle, and will be stored in the USA and other countries outside of Europe. Orcale is under contract with Sky Betting and Gaming to ensure that your information is protected to standards required by Sky Betting and Gaming and is only processed in accordance with instructions from Sky Betting and Gaming.

Your information will be stored on our e-recruitment system for a period of 18 months from your last visit. If you do not log into your profile in the 18 month period, your details will be automatically removed. If you would like your details to be removed before then, you can do this by logging into your profile, clicking on 'My Account Options' where you will then be taken to another page. Next to 'My Account' there is a deactivate link - please click on that link and follow the steps from there.
