Out 85-strong team takes an industry-leading and highly innovative approach to managing the liability of more than 50 different sports in one of the most exciting and fastest growing sportsbook departments in the UK. Plus loads of special markets like the X-Factor and politics. And with their trading analytics expertise, they make sure that our odds reflect the chances of millions of different possibilities on a daily basis.
But what’s also different is that they’ve joined us from all kinds of backgrounds and with all kinds of experience – not necessarily in trading. They take a flexible approach to working around the sporting calendar, so they’re often in the office at evenings and weekends. And they’ve developed the kind of careers that come with huge futures.
