Leadership and Management Qualifications
At SBG we have a sustainable plan to develop the managers and leaders of tomorrow. That's why over 100 colleagues have gained recognised Management accreditations, alongside their day to day jobs.
The Sky Betting and Gaming Leadership and Management Award is a programme that provides a sound understanding of the principles and practices of effective line management and leadership. There are two programmes available – both that give employees an accredited qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management at Level 3 or 5.
Leadership and Management Award – Level 3
- Day 1 - Understanding Leadership – Assessed module
- Day 2 - Understanding Self
- Day 3 - Understanding Innovation and Change in an Organisation – Assessed module

- Day 1 - Leading innovation and Change – Assessed module
- Day 2 - Becoming an Emotionally Intelligent Leader
- Day 3 - Developing and Leading Teams to achieve Sky Betting and Gaming’s Goals and Objectives – Assessed module
- Day 4 - Managing Stress and Conflict
The BA (Hons) Business Management Practice Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship is run with Leeds Beckett University and be for a period of three years.

Sky Betting and Gaming offers the opportunity for colleagues to work on their continued professional development. This could be in many areas of the business whether it be legal, financial, marketing etc.
We provide time and training for people to complete learning and development essential to their role.
SB&G Commercial Graduates - Our Commercial scheme is an 18-month scheme working across a variety of areas including Digital Marketing, Brand, CRM & Social. Graduates are shown the full breadth of the SBG Commercial businesses and get a deeper understanding of all products across the P&L's
Tech Academy Graduate Programme – This academy is a co-designed partnership with Sheffield Hallam University. It means that these grads will earn a MSc in Technology & Digital Solutions at the end of a 3 year programme whilst working with us. There is a focus on:

- International & Corporate Business
