football league, you’ll help us do things better. You love sport and be a
logical problem solver with acute attention to detail. You’re a trader who
knows Sporting Solutions, OpenBet and BetGenius. And your bright ideas
will impact on all our sports products and their goal of attracting more
customers while achieving the highest stake and betting margins.
Payments & Know Your Customer Analyst
At peak times our system processes 100 bets a second! You’ll join the team that reviews and processes payments. You’ll manage customer ID verification. You’ll check backgrounds. You’ll meet customer needs and make sure we always do the right thing to meet regulatory requirements. The pace is fast. You’ll need an eye for detail. There will never be a dull moment.

The pace is fast and there’s always a real buzz about our contact centre. Every day is different with new promotions and big sporting events coming thick and fast. As part of our lively Tribe, you’ll answer enquiries by chat and email and help to provide brilliant customer experiences. Our flexible shift pattern includes evenings and weekends.
